This project comprises two cores, A low rise core and a high rise core.

The low rise core is approximately 5,647 sq. metres of formed area over 64 metres (19 storeys, 2 basements). The high rise core is approximately 6300 sq.metres of formed area over 116 metres (37 storeys, 2 basements).

The project difficulties include limited site access due to its location and the high rise core being constructed on the boundary with an adjacent existing building. To overcome this site constraint, Fabquip designed a steel faced thin-form to complete the wall adjacent to the existing building.

We expect the high rise cores to be completed within 50 weeks from commencement of the core, with an expected commencement date in May 2009.
