Meriton Apartments, Haymarket

Fabquip are contracted to provide Jumpform for this 40 storey building located behind the Capitol Theatre in Sydney.  The building has one main core servicing lifts and stairs and has a total surface area of approximately 16,200 sq. metres.

Special design features were incorporated into the Jumpform design to allow the core to be constructed adjacent to a sandstone rock face at lower levels.

The Jumpform was designed and manufactured at our Sydney facility and hired for approximately 16 months, with commencement of the project in early 2010.

The design allows for a number of walls to be removed at level 12 and the reconfigured Jumpform will then construct the core unchanged to level 40.
