Star City Hotel - Pyrmont, Sydney

The project was awarded by Brookfield Multiplex and involves the construction of a new 5-Star Hotel with 500 space car park neighbouring the Star City Casino.
 

The jumpform comprises 2 stair cores with a height each of 59.5m and 19 levels.

The formed stair 2 area is 4,832m² and stair 4 is 4,059m².  The stair cores comprise of complex wall changes and wall angles of 100° and 80°.  Both cores have portions of walls disappearing and stair 4 also has non-connecting walls.

Our works commenced in December 2009 with an estimated jumpform hire of 35 weeks.
