Al Attar Building, Dubai

This project involved the construction of the core and outer perimeter for a 77 storey building, total height of approx 290 metres.

The lift & stair core had typical pour heights of 3.6 metres with a total surface area of 65,600 sq. m.
The main core jumpform and the perimeter assemblies were independently lifted with their own hydraulic systems.

The perimeter system also lifted its own protection screen system which covered several floors below the working deck. The core jumpform also had trailing screens to protect the edges of the lobby slabs which were poured above the main floor slab levels.

Both systems proceeded independently and ahead of the critical path. Both systems accommodated several wall changes and beam thickness throughout the project.

Both systems were preassembled off site in advance of the on site program reducing delays on site.
